In this video( a bit older at the time of MS CRM 2011) gives an overview of Microsoft Dynamics Dynamics CRM. Video explains on how we can implement a Dynamics CRM infrastructure which is high available and scalable.

We can implementing a high available Dynamics CRM environment  by clustering at application server level and load balancing. We can make the environment scalable by fail-over at SQL Server and at SSRS( SQL Server Reporting Server)
